Our subsidiary company Prodene GmbH has received an eco-certificate from the German recycler "The Green Dot". With this, Prodene GmbH actively contributes to the sustainability goals of her parent company GOJO Industries Ltd, the leading manufacturer for hand hygiene solutions and inventor of the well-known brand PURELL®.
By participating in the recycling system from the German recycler "The Green Dot", Prodene GmbH is contributing to climate protection in a valuable way. "The Green Dot" is the market leader among German recycling systems with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. For more than ten years, the company has been making environmental protection services transparent for its customers. This includes the "Eco Certificate", which confirms the positive effect of recycling in addition to saving CO2 emissions.
In 2019, Prodene GmbH’s recycling efforts saved:
- 17 tonnes of CO2
- Approx. 9,000 kg oil
- 2 kg phosphate
- More than 732,000 MJ energy
- 21 kg sulphur dioxide
